Mine Construction Alliance S.R.O. carries out a complex of engineering, construction, and mine sinking works for underground, mining, and industrial facilities.

The company operates at the key stages of project delivery — from developing design solutions and construction preparation to sinking, construction and installation works, equipment installation, and bringing the facility into operation.

Construction and Reconstruction

Mine Construction Alliance S.R.O. carries out the construction of new facilities, reconstruction, and technical upgrading of operating industrial and mining enterprises.

The works cover underground and surface structures, production infrastructure, and special construction and installation works. When delivering projects at operating enterprises, the company takes into account existing process operations, engineering systems, and industrial safety requirements.

Sinking and Mine Construction

One of the company's key areas is the construction and deepening of vertical mine shafts, as well as the sinking and equipping of mine workings.

Competencies include vertical shafts, near-shaft, horizontal, and inclined workings, chambers, underground haulage roads, and process utilities.

Mine Construction Alliance S.R.O.'s practical experience in Uzbekistan is confirmed by works at the Zarmitan mine of JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combinat.

Among the main facilities are the construction of the Skipovoy shaft, the deepening of the Glavny shaft, and the construction of the No. 10 "Slepoy" vertical shaft.

Design

The company develops design and cost documentation for industrial and mine construction facilities.

Design covers underground structures, production infrastructure, reconstruction of operating facilities, as well as technical solutions and non-standard equipment requiring adaptation to the conditions of a specific project.

The connection between design and practical construction experience allows the work execution technology, installation sequence, and further operating conditions of the facility to be taken into account already at the solution development stage.

Installation and Technical Equipping

As part of its projects, Mine Construction Alliance S.R.O. carries out the installation and commissioning of mining and other specialized equipment.

Engineering, construction, and installation works are treated as interconnected elements of a single facility, which is particularly important when delivering underground complexes and technically upgrading operating enterprises.

Comprehensive Project Delivery

Depending on the technical task, individual areas are combined into a single complex of works: design, construction, sinking, reconstruction, equipment installation, and related engineering measures.

This approach allows the interdependent stages of the project to be coordinated within a single technical scheme and the requirements of future operation to be taken into account already during construction.
