"Skipovoy" Shaft Opening Ceremony Held at Zarmitan

Opening of a New Mine Shaft Facility

The opening ceremony of the "Skipovoy" mine shaft — a facility built as part of the investment project to develop the lower horizons of the Zarmitan deposit — was held at the Zarmitan mine.

The shaft is part of the development of the mine's underground infrastructure and is intended to operate as part of the deposit's production complex.

Lower Horizons Development Project

The construction of "Skipovoy" is linked to the further development of Zarmitan's deep horizons and the development of the vertical mine shaft infrastructure.

The shaft has a depth of 1,000 metres and a diameter of 6.5 metres.

These parameters were previously confirmed by official project materials.

Participation of Mine Construction Alliance S.R.O.

Mine Construction Alliance S.R.O. took part in the delivery of the construction project for the "Skipovoy" shaft.

The works on this facility are part of MCA's confirmed portfolio at the Zarmitan mine, alongside the deepening of the "Glavny" shaft and the construction of the No. 10 "Slepoy" vertical shaft.

A New Stage in the Development of Zarmitan

The opening of the shaft marked an important stage of the investment project to develop the lower horizons of the deposit.

The new facility expands the mine's underground infrastructure and creates the technical basis for the further operation of the mine complex at a depth of 1,000 metres.
